2020 - The year of chaos and change // What does it mean for you?

Let's talk about the one thing that we all hear about and want to practice but we either don't prioritise it or don't know how to get let it in.... SELF WORTH

This year has forced a lot of us to look internally, to realise what is working for us in our lives and what isn't.

You may have found that you have been pushed to your limits, enough is enough and you have started to demand more from different areas of your life such as relationships, finances, career etc. this is part of evolving and awakening to the next level of you and what you're available for.

We are being asked to look at ourselves honestly and clear the beliefs, people, job, etc that tell us that we aren't worthy of following our hearts calling.

We will notice the benefits of this years deep inner work as we move through the month of September and up until December.

It can feel scary or overwhelming at first, you may notice the feeling of not being able to keep living with the same routine and patterns but have no idea where you want to go or what to focus on next. This is part of the awakening process, to no longer be available for where we are/were but unsure what to trust, move towards or focus on next.

This year is a clearing year helping us to create the internal change needed to take on new opportunities coming in over the next two years.

You may feel a little lost at the moment.

In order to welcome in new opportunities and the things we wish to manifest we need to feel worthy of receiving what we are calling in so the internal shifts we have been faced with this year are necessary.

Remain patient and grounded in the present, heal what is coming up for you and let go of the things that just don't serve you or light you up anymore to bring in the aligned next level of you!

With the client's I'm coaching at the moment I'm supporting them to really focus on recognising, clearing and healing the boundaries and limiting internal beliefs that have been formed throughout life to open up to welcoming in the energy and reality of success, soul aligned opportunities and healthy new beginnings.

There are so many amazing awakening breakthroughs happening this year, keep believing in yourself, a new chapter is just around the corner... let's make it your best one yet! Kayla Rae
