Energy Update - March + April 2025

Right now, the collective energy is deeply reflective and stirring up a lot of subconscious material. Your mind and energy might feel like you’re in a pressure cooker!


Many people are feeling a sense of heaviness, like they’re wading through emotions or old narratives they thought they had already cleared. Themes around identity, purpose, and relationships are being highlighted, especially where there has been imbalance or avoidance.


There’s a strong push to get honest with yourself and your boundaries with others. Patterns that have been playing out for a long time are becoming impossible to ignore, whether they relate to personal boundaries, emotional regulation, or the way you engage with your dreams and ambitions. If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure, this energy is nudging you to strip things back to the essentials.

What is truly important?

Where are you stuck and feeling powerless?

Where are you not accepting the truth?

How can you surrender the need to control?

Where are you overcomplicating things?


The emotional intensity will begin to shift in the coming weeks, bringing more clarity and movement, but right now the best way to work with this energy is through deep internal work. Instead of forcing action, focus on integration. Journaling, meditation, and energy practices will help you navigate this period with more ease.

Surrendering to it is kind of the only thing we can do right now. It’s time to lay the weapons down and look in the mirror.


What needs to shift for you to fall in love with all that you see - your internal and external selves, your ways of being?


There is also a potent opportunity for renewal.


If you’ve been feeling like you’re at the edge of a breakthrough but haven’t quite stepped through, this energy is supporting deep transformation. But it requires honesty and courage.

What are you holding onto that no longer aligns with who you are becoming? What are you living for and does it still align?

As the energy lightens, momentum will return and the path forward will become clearer.


For now, trust the process, allow space for emotions to move through you, and be mindful of any tendencies to seek distractions or quick fixes.

If you find yourself out of alignment with your routines or slipping into old habits, it's time to reassess. You’ve got this. Tap into your self-worth. You are worthy of treating yourself better than anyone else. How does that feel? What comes up for you? Work through it! You come first! It's time to respect yourself and show yourself who’s number one. The rest will still be there, but being the best version of you right now is how you help others and yourself!

And hey, hurt people hurt people. There’s a lot of people who feel all of the above but don’t have the self-awareness or emotional capacity to recognise it, and they take it out on anyone around them. They want others to feel as shitty as they do. Whether it’s a passive aggressive client, dismissive boss, draining colleague, entitled family member, or anyone... don’t take on their shit! RISE TF UP!


Real, lasting change is unfolding even if it doesn’t feel obvious yet.


Right now the best approach is to slow down, simplify, and create space for clarity to emerge. It’s time to focus on what you CAN control! Here are some practical ways and tips that I use to move through this energy and raise your vibration:


  • Clear Out the Mental & Emotional Clutter

    • Journaling: Write down what’s coming up for you including fears, frustrations, dreams, and desires. Get it out of your head so it doesn’t keep circling!

    • Self-inquiry: Ask yourself, where am I resisting change, what outdated beliefs am I holding onto?

    • Emotional processing: If big emotions surface, let yourself feel them. Cry if needed, scream into a pillow, or move your body to release stored energy.• Meditation: Listen to an energy clearing meditation or see a reiki healer (remember to be kind to energy workers, lightworkers, psychics, and mediums, they do amazing work and we are people too!)

  • Ground Yourself in the Present

    • Breathwork: Try deep belly breathing or alternate nostril breathing to calm your nervous system.

    • Nature connection: Walk barefoot on the earth, get sunlight on your skin, or spend time near water.

    • Mindful movement: Yoga, stretching, or dancing around the house can help shift stagnant energy.


  • Raise Your Frequency Through Joy & Play

    • Music: Listen to high-vibrational sounds, whether it’s uplifting music, Solfeggio frequencies, or mantras.

    • Creativity: Paint, draw, write, or engage in something purely for the joy of it.

    • Laughter Watch something funny or spend time with people who uplift you.

  • Detox Your Space & Energy

    • Declutter: Clean out old belongings, emails, or anything that feels heavy or unnecessary.

    • Energetic clearing: Burn sage or palo santo, take a salt bath, or visualise white light cleansing your aura.

    • Social audit: Limit interactions with draining people and be mindful of the content you consume, unfollow people that don’t make you feel good when their content pops up.

  • Focus on Nourishment & Self-Care

    • Wholefoods & hydration: Eat vibrant, nutrient-dense foods and drink plenty of water.

    • Rest & sleep: Prioritise deep rest your body needs it during shifts like this.

    • Nervous system regulation: Try magnesium, herbal teas, or adaptogens to support balance.

  • Align with Your Future Self

    • Visualisation: Spend a few minutes each day connecting with the version of you that is already thriving!

    • Inspired action: Take one small step toward something that excites you. Even tiny shifts in energy create momentum.

    • Affirmations: Speak words that reinforce empowerment, clarity, and ease and FEEL them as you do! Get in the vibes of the affirmation.


This is a time of deep transformation.

Instead of resisting the discomfort, see it as an opportunity to realign with your highest path.

The energy will start to feel lighter soon, but right now your job is to nurture yourself, trust the process, and move with intention.


Tomorrow’s energy might still feel a bit heavy, but there should be a slight shift, enough to create a bit more clarity and forward movement. While things won’t suddenly feel light and effortless, you may notice that emotions aren’t as overwhelming, and any confusion or stagnation starts to ease up.


If today feels intense, try not to get caught up in it. Instead, use today for rest, reflection, and gentle realignment. Tomorrow, you might find it easier to take small but meaningful steps forward.


If you’re feeling low, focus on grounding, self-care, and simplifying rather than trying to force anything major. The energy will keep shifting over the next few days, so trust that clarity and momentum are coming!
