How it feels to go through an Energy Upgrade

I felt the need to get this out tonight from my heart to yours. I hope you all take something from it.

What's coming up are the feelings of coming into an upgrade in energy, next level of alignment (including receiving  your manifestations) & an uplevel within. When I'm shifting internally and coming to a new level within myself and within the world around me I go through a massive range of emotions!

It’s something I’ve gotten so much better at knowing is happening. I’ve learnt how to shift through it quickly by releasing, surrendering, trusting, setting daily intentions and being grounded to welcome in the shift and being open to surrendering to the Universe -- it gets easier every time.

The more I heal, love, and respect myself and my worth, the easier it gets. To align and receive the next level, we have to love and respect ourselves enough to feel worthy to reach a new level of alignment internally with what we are attracting or where we are going on our path.

Before shifting:

I feel inspired, I’ve received the clarity about my path forward. I get super clear, begin to feel what I’m calling in and it’s all happening, the internal shifts are so intensely strong inside of me that I can’t sleep. I feel like I’ve made it and it’s already here, I can feel it so strong that it my energy and heart is so excited, high and positive. I feel a shift coming, I feel my energy shifting to a place of abundance, worth, strength and clarity. There’s an abundance of synchronicities, signs and messages letting me know that the shift is happening!

The clean out:

I begin to feel inspired to have a massive cleanout, I don’t plan to do a clean out, it just happens. My energy is buzzing and I feel the need for a big clean up which makes sense when I’m feeling a big change come in and naturally making room for it in my physical world, whether it’s cupboards, draws, skirting boards, clothes, my car, gardening, my computer, my phone!

I get into this massive pre-shift nesting energy and feel the need to make space to welcome it in. It’s very refreshing, empowering and cleansing.

The blocks, fears and disbeliefs that need healing:

Then the sitting-in-the-feelings gets overwhelming and as it starts to get close, all the doubt and fear steps in. I doubt myself, the Universe, how it will all happen and start to think things like "who do I think I am", "so much needs to happen for this to happen", "I can’t do this".

I get so in my head, in my feelings, in my self doubt, in fear and disconnected from the Divine and flow of what I’m coming into that I can feel down.

Now when I feel this I have learnt to come back to my heart, back to my core, back to my meditation, visualisation, my angels, my purpose, my why and go through healing the final blocks that are coming up and causing self doubt and making me question my self worth and not feeling aligned to step into receiving what I’m calling in and aligning with.

When I first started manifesting and following my soul path this would last weeks -- even months --but now it’s something that I recognise and feel coming up. As soon as it does, I stop and know that I can heal, trust and shift it. 

I focus on being thankful and getting my mind back into a positive and abundant space, I notice the beauty in life, feel all the good things around me even if it’s just something small. I focus on healthy eating, exercise or walking, surrounding myself with good people and invite in massive amounts of light from the divine to help me shift and raise my energy back up.

Once I shift through the doubt comes MASSIVE BREAKTHROUGHS! Bigger and better than I could ever imagine and it’s worth every single second of what I had processed and healed to arrive at a new level of alignment, abundance and connection. I never look back, I don’t sit and wish I was back to an unconscious life because it’s so so worth it in the end.
