I discovered my connection to my Spirit Guides at a young age. I learnt to channel them and connect to them as I needed until one night in early 2017 a Spirit Guide woke me at 2am to say 'Kayla it is time, we need you to do this work now', I share this story in detail in the first module as well as a few others. I have had a deep relationship with them and a passion to connect people to the wisdom of their Spirit Guides ever since as I know that we all have the power and ability to when we have the right support.

I've never meditated before, will this work for me?Quick answer, Yes! As will any skill, it will take your dedication and openness but as you stay consistent you will start to feel the benefits of meditation and develop your own unique connection and way of meditating that works for you. As each session is highly channelled for each group attendee most people start experiencing the benefits straight away, remember to be patient and consistent and let your experience unfold in it's own unique way.

I am experienced in meditation. Will this benefit me?Absolutely! As all of my guided meditations are highly channelled it combines an energy healing and clearing as well as the space for deep connection and elevation in your personal divine connection.
